With a classical guitar repertoire ranging from Renaissance, Baroque and classical music to Flamenco, Jazz and Bossa Nova, John Tavano brings to ZFDM an in-depth knowledge of classical guitar teaching techniques, history and the ever-evolving language of music. His original compositions have been featured on Boston radio stations — including 92.5 “The River” — and he is a member of the Boston Classical Guitar Society and former staff musician at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston.
