Paul is an experienced performer who has been playing the drums for over 20 years. He is most recently known for his years of touring and recording with artists Ben Folds, Tall Heights and Nashville based songwriter Ross Livermore. He has had the privilege of performing, as well as tour managing, all around the world, including performances in Russia, Germany, Norway, Austria, The United Kingdom, Canada and all over the United States. His television appearances include the Conan O’Brien show, CBS This Morning, NPR’s Mountain Stage and Good Morning Norway. While touring with Ben Folds and Tall Heights, Paul has shared the stage with artists Cake, James Blunt, Jose Gonzalez, Blind Pilot, Judah and the Lion and many others.Aside from performing, Paul has a long history of percussion instruction as well. He has been teaching drums for over a decade. He has taught private lessons in the Chelmsford Public School, at Zach Field Drums & Music and on his own. He held the position of Percussion Director and Assistant Band Director for the Pentucket Regional School District from 2010 to 2014. Paul is an avid student himself. He has studied percussion and drum set with Jeffrey Fischer, Fred Buda, James Murphy, Zach Field and Kenny Lewis. He received his Bachelor of Music in Performance with an emphasis in Music Business from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
